Tollers' Timbers requires a valid credit card to process the reservation. For stays of 1-2 days the amount will be processed in full upon arrival. For stays more than 3 days a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation with the balance due upon arrival.

All cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the arrival date for a refund, less a $25 processing fee.
