Deposits

Tollers' Timbers requires the first nights deposit to guarantee your reservation. Balance on stays of 2 nights or less will be due upon arrival. Stays of 3+ nights require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation with the balance due in full upon arrival.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date for a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be dependent on the lodging being rebooked.

Rates & Extras

Our rates are based on double occupancy, there is an additional charge of $15 per person per night for parties of 3 or more. Additional rollaway beds and cots are available with advance arrangement.

If you plan on arriving after 7:00 PM, we offer self check-in. Let us know so we can include a site map, driving directions, along with all our contact information in your confirmation packet.

All of our guesthomes are NON-Smoking. Any damage resulting from cigarette/cigar smoke will be charged not less that $100 and up to the full financial repair of damages.
